Resale Shop
The HJF Resale Shop, owned and operated by Houston Junior Forum, has been offering reasonably priced used merchandise since 1969.
The current shop at 1815 Rutland opened in 1987 and features an eclectic mix of furniture and vintage items, including living room furniture, bedroom furniture, dining room furniture and gently-used modern and classic furniture. We also sell vintage items, home decor, collectibles, women’s jewelry, silverware, men’s clothing, women’s clothing and much more.
Donations
We accept donations Monday through Saturday delivered to the Resale Shop.
Consignments
First, call 713-868-6970 for pre-approval of consignments and ask for the Consignment Manager
Accepting consignments Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:30am – 2:00pm. See the consignment form below for guidelines and be sure to call for pre-approval.
Please Note: Items for consignment must be clean and in good repair. Sixty percent (60%) of the amount received from the sale of the consigned items is paid to the consignor. A percentage of the Resale Shop’s annual net profits are given directly to the HJF College Scholarship Program and the HJF Community Grants Program.
Donations such as bed frames, mattresses, computers, monitors and sports equipment are not accepted for consignment or donation.
